Overview

Billy Duncan possesses the secret to human regeneration powers, and sadistic mastermind Marcus Roach wants the serum. In a perverse oedipal plan, Roach recruits Billy's sexy stepmother, Lorna (Shannon Tweed), and transforms her into Electra, a supercharged Valkyrie who finally manages to get the formula.
