Overview

Ambitious district attorney Joseph Foster makes a bargain with the devilishly mysterious Nick Beal to clean up the criminal underworld and win the governorship. Beal sends his seductive associate Donna to keep Foster in line. When her grip tightens, Foster realizes he may have sold his soul-and the forces of good must rally before it's too late.
