Overview

With his Megakat Enforcers, power-hungry Commander Ulysses Feral runs Megakat City with an iron paw. Feral frowns on the vigilante style of justice practiced by two ex-Enforcers, Jake and Chance--aka Razor and T-Bone--but realizes they have abilities far beyond those of his Enforcers to protect the city.
