Overview

This time, Buddy masters the coolest sport under the sun...beach volleyball! When Andrea's best friend breaks the news that she's moving away, a new neighbor invites Andrea and Buddy to join the local beach volleyball team, and they hope to win a trip to California to visit her. But two bumbling thieves have other plans when they want to dognap Buddy to help them steal a precious diamond from the Fernfield Museum.
