Overview

A hacker sends an urgent plea to the Pope's computer concerning a crumbling church in the heart of Seville that apparently "kills to defend itself". Father Quart, from the Vatican intelligence, is dispatched to investigate the mystery that will challenge his loyalty, vow of chastity, and faith.
