Overview

Three brothers become separated in Algeria in this post-WW2 drama. Messaoud joins the French army in Indochina, Abdelkader becomes a leader of the Algerian independence movement and Said moves to Paris to make his fortune in shady clubs. Gradually their destinies reunite them in Paris.
