Overview

When down-on-his-luck Dan McGinty is offered quick cash for ballot stuffing, he makes a fortune and secures a reputation as an adept scam man. Encouraging his talents, a crooked political boss grooms McGinty to become State Governor. But when he tries to reform, McGinty finds himself battling against vengeful cronies who want to prevent him from exposing the unethical side of government.
