Overview

In the aftermath of WWII, Antonia returns to her hometown where she has inherited her mother's farm. Joined by her free-spirited artist daughter Danielle, she ingratiates herself with the tight-knit community. As the years pass, love and tragedy come to Antonia and Danielle as the pair fosters a vibrant circle of strong, liberated women.
