Overview

International gangsters get together to prevent India from becoming an atomic power. They abduct the chief scientists and bomb their planes. The case is given to Agent Gopal Pandey, whose fiancé was recently killed. In his investigation, he finds Bijli who is involved in the case and unravels the mystery.
