Overview

In the North Caucasus, a ruthless terrorist, Bazgayev, and his fighters capture and test out man-portable air defense systems, but without success; the rockets blow up before they reach their targets. Moscow decides to create a special task force with the objective of spying and tracking Bazgayev down and eliminating him. Based on a true story.
