Overview

In a seedy Los Angeles hospital, a stillborn girl is brought back to life by an electrical storm and abducted by a deranged morgue attendant. On her sixteenth birthday, empowered with the gift to manipulate electricity with her mind, she escapes her captor and sets out to find her birth mother, leaving a bloody trail of destruction behind her.
