Four friends have always been there for each other, but when one of them is released from prison their relationship is being tested across the bay from Old Havana.

When Ramón discovers that Mauricio, one of the cruelest prison guards he remembers from being incarcerated in Cuba, lives in Florida, he begins to recall various traumatic instances experienced with his torturer. Along with two sons of others ex "plantados", Ramón kidnaps Mauricio and forces him to face the many cruelties he delivered.
