After the death of one of their friends at the hands of a police officer, a group of teenagers rebel against authority in their suburb of New Granada.

There is some type of serial killer on the loose in Los Angeles. It looks like it is a vampire terrorizing the city. A eager female detective is trying to solve the creepy case. She has some help from who she later discovers is a suave vampire, who wants the psycho giving his breed a bad name caught.
