Narayan Pasari is an ace cop in Mumbai. When he is accused of a fake encounter, Shivaji Rao(Nagarjuna), an honest cop from Hyderabad is appointed as the Chief Investigation Officer. Even after Pasari is arrested, he manages to kill all the witnesses and come out on a clean chit. When Pasari himself starts a ruthless mafia company still being a cop, he becomes a tough shell for Shivaji to crack.
