Ganapathi, a cartoonist, is diagnosed with a neurological disorder called Alien Hand Syndrome, which poses a hindrance in his daily life. Despite the disorder, Ganapathi attempts to achieve his goal and also goes on to woo the girl he loves.

Priya Krishna (Priyamani), a CBI officer, comes to the City for a murder investigation of a mystery case of three neurosurgeons. Arjun is a theater artist who is suffering from an illness and has to take a pill every 56 minutes. Priya finds Arjun to be a suspect after going through the CCTV footage. It is quite an enjoyable murder mystery that will find welcome by the faithful of that genre.
