A group of friends travel to Sweden for a summer festival held every 90 years. What starts as a dream trip to the land of the midnight sun becomes a dark nightmare as the mysterious locals invite them to partake in their disturbing activities.

When his wife falls gravely ill, 40-year-old Priest Theodor turns to his mentor, who convinces him he is chosen by God to purge sinners. Desperate, Theodor commits his first murder-and at that very moment, his wife begins to recover.
