After being shipwrecked, Doctor Gulliver finds himself on an island inhabited by tiny people. After managing to convince them he is harmless and is accepted into their society, the king formulates a plan to use Gulliver in an upcoming war.

Taken in by a kindly couple, a six-inch-tall boy takes on a pair of comical crooks in this adaption of a classic Grimm fairy tale.
