Drafted into the army of Starvania, Joe finds himself in a pickle when he and a sergeant both have eyes on the same beautiful lady.

An overage, overweight and inept Joe is drafted into the Army along with buddy Jim and quickly gets on the wrong side of his no-nonsense sergeant.

A serviceman thinks he is returning home for a blissful reunion with his wife. Instead he finds that she has bought a run-down apartment building, and along with it, a long list of expensive repairs and crazy tenants.
