This modern-day Beverly Hillbillies story finds the Tuche family wrestling with their new life in splashy Monaco after winning a million-euro fortune.

Jeff Tuche is delighted that the high-speed train line is coming to his village. But unfortunately, the TGV is not going to stop in Bouzolles, but whizz straight past. In his disappointment, he tries to contact the French President to make sure his village is not cut off from the rest of the country.

After winning the lottery, the Tuche family’s son Donald heads to L.A. to improve his English and meets Jennifer, daughter of a wealthy financier.

After resigning from his position as President of France, Jeff is happy to return to the village of Bouzolles with his family. Things are going well until Jeff and his brother-in-law clash once again, this time about Christmas. This family row, which should never have gone beyond Bouzolles, ends up in a mighty power struggle between Jeff and a global online retailer.
