Henri-Jacques Huet

In 1958, during the Algerian war, Bruno deserts and hides out in Switzerland where he falls in love with Véronica. But the extreme right send him to assassinate a political reporter on national radio.

A young thug driving a stolen car shoots and kills a police officer who was pursuing him. In Paris, he turns to an American girl, a student and aspiring journalist, who hides him while he tries to raise money to escape to Italy. But as the police pressure increases, so does his desperation.
