Mayur and Rita are stage actors and lovers. They arrive on an island which has a tomb of Shahenshah Chandi Sona. Under the tomb is lot of wealth. The film is about Mayur and Rita's greed which makes them plan a heist to steal this wealth by taking help from escaped jailbirds and deep-sea divers.

A woman has 3 sons. 1 son gets arrested. She begs the police and the man who got her arrested to release him but to no avail. She tells Jaganath, a rich man that the boy is his son. He bails him out. Jagannath wants his son to live with him in his bungalow. His mother and brothers bid him farewell.
