The murder of a Chief Minister forces one of his cop guards to cut off his younger brother who is accused of the crime without all of the facts.

Kishan, a good-hearted gangster, is in search of his father. He comes across his look-alike, Gopi, a timid constable and decides to take advantage of their similarity. Kishan starts arresting criminals while Gopi believes that Lord Hanuman is doing miracles for him.

A wealthy and cruel businessman and lord over a dockyard is making slaves out of all his workers; three brothers with a troubled past decides to fight against his injustice.
