Three young Indian revolutionaries, Binay, Badal, and Dinesh, decide to enter the Writers' Building to kill Colonel Simpson, a brutal British Officer, to terrorise the British government.

The film revolves around Makar, a businessman who struggles to communicate in English, and his brother-in-law, Suman, who is having an affair with a forest officer's wife.
