In the winter of 2004, a group of friends fall victim to tragic events after dialing *69 in response to a crank call. After uncovering that these events are somehow linked to their past, they embark on a terrifying journey in hopes of ending the nightmare.

A 20 something woman goes back to her hometown for the holidays for the first time in several years and is not only met with people from her past, but she's forced to deal with unresolved feelings too.
