Inspired by a true story, this is the tale of villagers who fought against Burmese invaders in 18th century Siam. King Mangra sent an army to attack the former Thai capital. But the village of Bang Rajan sacrificed itself before becoming slaves. Siam remained in disarray until King Taksin the Great reunited the country.
