A young man loses his job in the IT sector due to an economic recession. After losing his job, Amey involves himself with a group of Dhol Taashe artistes who play dhol for cultural reasons and not money.

The catch is Jugaad comes to life when the MCD locks the doors of advertising agency under the sealing drive. Life turns around to the worst and pushes the desperate CEO towards Jugaad and all makeshift efforts. In the process many characters like property dealer, power brokers, so called connected people with politicians and senior officers walk into the story.

In this biopic set before his rise to power, young Prince Asoka works to perfect his skills in battle and also deals with family conflict.
