A 25-year-old rogue searches for an old Rajdoot motorbike by backtracking it through Andhra Pradesh. Traveling together with his friend, he goes through the process of realising what his responsibilities in life are.

Balagam is set in a village in Telangana and it revolves around the after effects on a family and its relations, both with the village folks and among themselves, after the jovial patriarch of the family suddenly passes away.
