Argentina has been hit by a fatal epidemic. Inside a quarantined apartment building Coco (Daniel Hendler) and his pregnant wife Pipi (Jazmin Stuart) battle neighbors and the hazmat suited men keeping them sealed inside. But there is something far more sinister than a virus in the air. Soon neighbors become unexpected enemies. Meanwhile, outside the quarantined building, the world as we knew it is disappearing. Hell is other people, but also the only chance to get out alive.

After a heart transplant, Manuel feels a personality shift and explores his donor's life, leading him to meet the widowed Vale and her community.
