Anna Colwell

An orphan raised within the Ku Klux Klan, attempts to break away and is taken in by a black Baptist congregation led by the Reverend Kennedy, who soon finds himself on a collision course with a local Klan leader bent on revenge.

Sean receives a distress signal from a mysterious island. Unable to stop him from going, Sean's stepfather joins the quest. They set out to find the island and escape before shock waves force the island under the sea and bury its treasures.
