The film revolves around four characters whose destinies seem to take them on different paths. Somehow, though, they all come together at St. Marks.

Gaurav takes great care of his widowed father Janardhan who has single-handedly raised him and his brother with love. Soon, when Gaurav falls in love, he finds out about his father's childhood love and insists that Janardhan gets married first.
