Sun Chung started exploring the kung-fu genre with this fascinating tale which mixes music and martial arts. It's a tale of conflicting clans and a mysterious song called "The Proud One" which leads to slowly blossoming love as well as sudden death.

This "bloody good" film is generally considered the second-to-last "Venoms" film...but what a penultimate adventure it is. Kuo Chue takes on an amazing dual role and the complications and kung-fu which ensue are wonderful to watch. Even judged by exceptional "Venom" standards, this one stands out.
