A man unsatisfied with his job decides to start an illegal taxi service. To succeed, he must stay away from the cops and not lose his only vehicle.

Mork is a clueless but good-hearted alien who is sent from his home planet of Ork to Earth to learn about humans. His ship lands near Boulder, Colorado where he is befriended by Mindy who puts Mork up in her attic while he learns about human foibles.
