Based on the original comic strip from Jamie Hewlett this live action drama follows the exploits of Terry Phoo, a hapless Buddhist Kung-Fu law enforcement cop and Whitey Action, an enigmatic young anarchist heroine turned super-cop. Together they form an unlikely but effective crime-fighting team in the face of a super-vile, super-famous army of mutated criminals.
