When a sleazy producer is found murdered on the set of his latest film, a band of misfit assassins rush to solve the crime and clear their names.

At an exclusive private boys school, an elite group of students rule the campus. Under the watchful eye of the Headmaster (Treat Williams), they are suspected of cheating on their final exams. Looking to target the weakest link, he obtains a secret confession and now seeks to expel the group. Mysteriously, the student turns up dead in an apparent suicide and now all involved being to question the suspicious death.
