When three generations of women assemble for a Mother’s Day celebration, things get out of hand after they open a Pandora’s Box of long-kept secrets.

Capt. Leary (Michael Rooker) and Sgt. Oberron (Casper Van Dien) have been sent into the forest to investigate the disappearance of a group of military infantrymen. At first, their investigation stalls, as their only lead is an old Native American legend about a restless spirit called Cotton Mouth Joe. Leary and Oberron aren't interested in this seemingly silly folk tale -- until a skeleton riding on horseback arrives, and members of their crew start turning up dead.
