Chandrabati Devi

Devdas is a 1935 Bengali film directed by Pramathesh Barua and based on the Sharat Chandra Chattopadhyay novella, Devdas. It stars Barua himself as Devdas and Jamuna Barua as Parvati and Chandrabati Devi as Chandramukhi.

Shusovan and Anita are husband and wife and they start from their place to visit Digbijoy’s house. Although Shusovan is a loving husband, Anita doubts him of having multiple affairs behind her back.
