In 1943, a group of Croatian soldiers overtake a strategically important point in western Bosnia with a goal to destroy a band of communist partisans.

A satirical tale of two enemy soldiers, Ciki and Nino, who find themselves stranded in No Man's Land during the 1993 Bosnian Conflict. As Ciki and Nino try to figure a way out of their bizzare predicament, a brave UN sergeant goes to help them, despite being ordered not to intervene, and the world's press follow, turning the incident into an international news story. In a tense stand off between the many sides involved in the conflict, Nino and Ciki desperately try to negotiate for their lives amidst the insanity of war.

A story about a forbidden love, set in a village threatened by the swollen rivers. Upon his return home for his father's funeral, Slaven revives relationship with his childhood friend, a young sportsman Marko, his teenage love and the reason his father kicked him out of the house. Now tempted to reunite, they need to make peace with their own decisions and struggle against family restraint.
