Fleeing a conspiracy against him in Rome, Julius Caesar sets out for Rhodes. On the way, his ship is attacked and he is captured by pirates.

Clay O'Mara vows justice when his father and brother are murdered by cattle rustlers. What he doesn't know is that three of the most prominent town citizens are behind the crime including the sheriff, Fred Kenyon.
