'Old-flatfish', the longest surviving fish in the restaurant tank, rules over others with his knowledge of survival. However, when Mackerel comes along, his leadership is threatened.

A girl who mistakenly enters a fantasy world called the Moonlit Palace has to win against the evil of the Blossom Lady to protect her new friends.
