An affluent couple from Seoul arrives at a desolate farm in the South Korean countryside, where a pregnant teenager and her mother have agreed to let them adopt the girl's unborn child. As part of the arrangement, the wife will stay at the farm until the child is born. As the three unnamed women fall into a daily routine, a quiet unease almost immediately begins to percolate.
