Satomi Akesaka

Based on a four-panel manga by Kazusa Yoneda, Danchigai focuses on the life of Haruki Nakano and his four sisters, all of whom live together in the same apartment complex. The only boy of five siblings, Haruki lives with his older sister Mutsuki, difficult younger sister Yayoi, and mischievous twins Uzuki and Satsuki.

A pair of adopted siblings run a rental shop in old Edo (Present-day Tokyo) where fire and flooding is prevalent and everyday items are rented out to not impede when they flee. Mixed in the inventory are old objects that have turned into spirits after hundreds of years of existence called, Tsukumogami. \n \nThese supernatural creatures listen to conversations around town and spread it as gossip...
