Moon Jeong-hee

Sun-hee is a model employee of The Mart. Her goal is to be hired as a regular worker so she can support her two children. That's why she eagerly does what the company demands, even if the demands sometimes are not fair. However, the company policy has changed; the contract-based workers must be outsourced. Sun-hee and her co-workers protest the decision, but the company never offers a proper explanation. Irregular employees form a union and try to negotiate with the company, only to be left out and completely ignored. When the union strikes and takes over the store, the company does whatever necessary to dissolve the protesters.
