Zhang Xinyi

Set during the 1937 Japanese invasion of Nanking, an American taking refuge in a church attempts to save a group of women from marauding soldiers.

As four young women enter their journey at the Southwest Communication University, they are met with barriers they must overcome. They continue to have friction due to their personalities and living habits. As they grow and transform together, they finally understand each other and become close friends by relying on one another.

A relentlessly bullied teen gets dragged into the middle of a murder investigation with a small-time criminal that will change their lives forever.
