Sure, Rikka may be a 'chunibyo' afflicted with a state where she's convinced that she has hidden powers. Maybe she DOES think she has an evil eye that always has to be covered with a patch.

Rikka has entered her third year of highschool and is still a chunibyo. It is spring break and university exams are approaching. Toka has decided to take Rikka to Italy with her, because of her work. Toka believes they should move as a family. Yuta thinks that Rikka and him will be separated. Nibutani as well as the other members suggest that Rikka and Yuta elope. This starts their travels through Japan.
