Shihomi stars as Kiku Nakagawa, the daughter of a Kyoto kimono shop owner who'd rather practice karate than study flower arranging. Luckily, Kiku stumbles upon a heroin ring being operated out of a local movie studio and must team up with two mixed-race martial artist friends to take down the villains.

Ogami Itto and Daigoro are hired to kill Oyuki, a tattooed female assassin. Daigoro becomes lost and is found by Gunbei Yagyu, a vengeful rival samurai.
