Innisai Mazhai is a 1992 Tamil-language romance film directed by Shoba Chandrasekar. The film stars Neeraj, Parveen, Vivek and newcomer Sudhakar. The film, produced by Vijay, had musical score by Ilaiyaraaja and was released on 12 April 1992.

Rajalakshmi has raised Ramu ever since he was a child. She refuses to get her daughter married to his son. Bhanuprasad vows to destroy her peace and also manages to expel Ramu from home.

A young man dreams of marrying a beautiful girl. But, due to pressure from his father, he ends up with a Plain Jane. Then, he meets a gorgeous woman who, unbeknownst to him, is only behind his money.
