Sabitri Chatterjee

Upahar is a 1955 Indian Bengali film, directed by Tapan Sinha. The film stars Uttam Kumar, Sabitri Chatterjee and Chhabi Biswas in lead roles. Music of the film was composed by Kalipada Sen.

Abhagini is a 1991 Bengali drama film starring Soumitra Chatterjee, Kali Bannerjee, Savitri Chatterjee, and Joy Banerjee. Abhagini, a motherless girl who is routinely troubled by her stepmother, decides to make a fresh start. She moves to a new city and starts living with a family that initially dislikes her. But Abhagini soon wins them over.
