Andha Atit
(1972)Rakhal Das a poor government servant was severely in a crisis of money because his only child was very ill. As a result, he went to Dhananjay Das a moneylender. When he reached there, he saw Dhananjay was dead, but police arrested him for the same case. After ten years of that incident Rakhal’s only child, Prabir started to find the real reason for Dhananjay’s death. Mr. Nirmalendu Roy a well-established businessperson was also in touch with Dhananjay ten years back. That time he was just an insurance agent. He visited Dhananjay’s house on the same day evening. Prabir started his investigation and after a long and hectic schedule, he came to the conclusion that Nirmalendu was the culprit who murdered Dhananjay. Nirmalendu also accepted his charge and decided to commit suicide. Incidentally and unfortunately Nirmalendu died in a car accident on the same day.

(1990)From his childhood Rana has been subjected to injustice. His poor widow murder had been subjected to molestation by the rich which led her to commit suicide leaving young Rana and his sister Tushi alone in the world. Rana, being the eldest, takes complete responsibility of her and both of them start staying with a distant relative in another village. As he grew up, he helped everyone around him, whether it is saving lives when a fire broke out or helping the fellow villagers with water during a famine. However the local police officer Rajib mistakes him for a goon as Rana’s philosophy in life was to rob from the rich and corrupted and, replenish the poor and the needy. Rana pays a heavy price for this as well. His lover commits suicide after her self being is attacked upon. In the end Rana loses his life after having successfully rescued Rajib’s long lost son. Rajib is made face to face with the reality of Rana’s identity.
