The series features the antics of Charlie and Itchy as they continue life on earth as heaven's special guardian angels. The series is set in the canine universe of San Francisco's back alleys, streets and their favorite diner, 'The Flea Bite Cafe.'

After being betrayed by his partner in crime, a dog cons his way out of Heaven and goes on a revenge mission with an orphan who can talk to animals.
