Arun Govil

Hathkadi is a 1995 Hindi action film starring Govinda, Shilpa Shetty. Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Suraj Chavan duels with the corruption brought about by Home Minister Bhavani Shankar. After a murder is committed, his goon Chakku Pande is arrested. In court, Chakku blames officer Suraj. Someone shoots Chakku and Suraj is handcuffed. In jail, Suraj meets Rajnikanth, his lookalike. Rajnikanth and Suraj exchange places so that Suraj can go out and avenge his loss.

A doctor marries a woman to honor his father’s dying wish, but when their marriage falls apart it holds consequences for their two children’s lives.
